Spray Foamer’s Assistant

Entry level position, pay commensurate with skill & experience

This position offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade with the ability to move up in our young and growing company.

Requirements:
Must have the legal right to live and work in the U.S., High School Graduate (or equivalent), Valid CA driver’s license (clean DMV), no criminal background and drug free (pre-employment testing). Must be safety minded at all times.

Work entails roof time and interior insulation work (sometimes in attics and crawlspaces).
General labor and some light construction.

Duties/Skills:
Job prep and cleanup – masking, scraping, material handling, removing old roofing.
Light Construction – use of power tools (nail gun, grinder, saws), use of hand tools (caulking gun, hammer, saws, etc.)

Use of a respirator is mandatory during spraying. Half Face Mask, Full Face Mask and Full Face with supplied air are used at times. Must be clean shaven (required for safety to obtain good seal with mask). Must pass repirator use exams.

As with most construction employment, this is an “on-call” position. Hours will vary depending on the amount of work available. Overtime and weekends may be required.
